Released October 28, 2026. Adds Pyrefly as an optional built-in Python language server, expandable debugger hovers for nested variable values, and DWARF debugging for WebAssembly sources in the JavaScript debugger. ACP configuration defaults now apply only to new conversations. Agent model and configuration pickers search more accurately for Zed Agent and third-party ACP agents. OpenCode replay handles DeepSeek reasoning and can disable thinking for Google models, and thinking controls explain when thinking cannot be disabled at the selected effort level. The release also fixes hangs when restoring agent threads with subagents, a crash in the Agent Panel when a mentioned file name contains a line break, agent authentication overwriting drafts, duplicated thinking text from OpenAI-compatible providers that send both reasoning and reasoning_content, OpenCode requests failing for Claude models that use adaptive thinking block binding, and screenshots pasting twice into the Agent Panel or inline assistant.
